WHY ARE PRENATAL CLASSES IMPORTANT?
It's common to feel overwhelmed when trying to understand what’s in store when it comes to childbirth, particularly with the “unknowns” and any anxieties you may have. We want the day you bring your child into the world to be one you can fully appreciate. We hope that by having a better idea of what to expect, exploring potential 'what if’s' and being able to get your questions answered, you can feel more in control of your delivery experience by having the confidence and knowledge you need to make informed decisions throughout the process. We want to equip you to feel as prepared as possible so that you can truly appreciate one of the most beautiful memories of your life. We will also send you home with some goodies that you may find comforting and helpful during birth and your recover after!

WHO CAN COME TO THE CLASS?
Our classes are open to pregnant people and their partner/support person.
WHEN SHOULD I TAKE PRENATAL CLASSES?
We recommend completing prenatal classes no later than week 36 of your pregnancy. However, feel free to complete our classes earlier - you can never be too prepared! Many of our parents have found that attending classes earlier relieves a lot of stress and anxiety.
WHEN SHOULD I SIGN UP FOR PRENATAL CLASSES
We recommend that you sign up as soon as possible - don't wait! Our classes are very small groups and fill up quickly. Courses are often fully book 3 months in advance. If the course you are interested in is fully booked, please contact us to be put on the waiting list.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Full payment must be made at the time of registration to secure your spot.
There is a $35 non-refundable administration fee applicable for all classes. A refund (minus the administration fee) is available for cancellations 15 days prior to your class’s start date. Special circumstances may be considered. Please contact us for details.
