PRENATAL CLASSES

SMALL GROUP IN-PERSON CLASSES

In these small group classes, you will learn more than you ever thought you would need to know! 

 

We cover:

  • What to expect from your body and your baby during the labour and birth process

  • Comfort measures in labour

  • The role of the support person - enabling them to feel just as much a part of the journey, from delivery to recovery and into the early weeks of parenthood

  • Postpartum recovery

  • Life in the early weeks after your baby arrives

  • Infant feeding

  • Local resources that will continue to benefit you in the months and years to come

  • And so much more!

This class takes place in a friendly and relaxed environment where we spend time teaching and answering your questions, building your confidence, and ensuring you're as prepared as possible!

​

This is a three-part series, with each class lasting 2.5 hours. $215(+HST) gets you and your partner/support person: all three classes, one or two fabulous teachers, and a gift bag of practical items to take home.

PRIVATE VIRTUAL CLASSES

We are excited to offer one-on-one private classes! Our private classes are offered virtually, or in the comfort of your home. 

 

These classes cover the same content as our small group classes, but with some great advantages:

  • Adjustments to the content to support your individual needs 

  • More time answering your personal questions

  • Best of all - we can make it suit your own schedule!

 

These private classes are a great option for those who:

  • Can’t make our small group schedule work 

  • Would prefer a day-time class (hello shift workers! We are nurses - we understand) 

  • Are close to your due-date and need a last minute prenatal class 

  • Already have a child but need a refresher course

  • Would prefer a private setting

 

This option includes 6 hours of private class, offered in two separate three-hour sessions and all of the relevant course documents in downloadable formats for your future reference
